Hello all! I am young rat from Ankara, Turkey who first discovered Geldof in 2013 when I was 13 after watching Jon Bon Jovi's 1996 Franch TV duet. I wasn't doing well those days and the Rats where there to heal me, so I stick.

Geldof was coming to Marka conference 2014, and as someone unaware that the tickets where going for $1000s, I went straight up to Istanbul that night wearing a DIY Happy Club t-shirt I had just made with my father. When the crew told I absolutely needed tickets to enter, and it wasn't for free, I was shocked. They got the phone, talked in code, then they printed me and my father guest cards. Geldof came in a sharp outfit minutes later giving me a hug. I watched his part then talked about the Rats in a juice stand drinking orange juice and he had autographed the postcards I prepared and printed.

Geldof came to Istanbul once again in 2019 for a solo concert which was quite sad because there were only 40 listeners at best and most of them were there because it was after a Turkish indie band and they wanted to stay. I went there up with my best friend whom we have a joke between about Another Piece of Red which we used to deliriously sang when we were 14. He signed my IKEA plush rat toy which I stitched a leather piece at the bottom so I was the happiest fan that night. All I remember is me unconscious dancing to Mudslide and nothing more.

Those days I am stuck once again in The Happy Club album and then discovered this site.
