It's almost Christmas Eve! If you would love something VERY pretty to listen to that you may not have heard before, just follow the link right up above these words and it will lead you to "Do They Know It's Christmas?" by Canadian artist, Reid Jamieson. I can't express enough in words just how pretty it is! The whole album he placed it on is very pretty! It's called "Songs For A Winter's Night", taking its title from his cover of Jim Croce's beautiful "Song For A Winter's Night". It's a collection of Coffee House~style Christmas covers, including songs not traditionally thought of as Christmas songs but he makes them that way!
Reid's version of "Do They Know It's Christmas?" makes me feel like the pictures I've included for you up above (I took them in my neighborhood yesterday). Just...TRUE Christmas! You'll know what I mean the moment it starts to play...Soft, sparkly, jangly, and you just want it to go on and on...I first discovered it in December of 2018 with my Chihuahua, Wilbur, sitting in my lap, while we were living in a house that sat on cul~de~sac with a large lawn, lots of pine trees, and snow falling all around us...If you want that feeling, listen to this incredibly pretty version of one of the greatest Christmas songs of all time!
I hope you're having fun, everyone!
Love,
Jennifer ❄️🎄❄️🤍🤍✨
