Last weekend I recorded a chat with Darren, who spoke about how he got into the music business, how he got to know Garry and joining the band put together by him and Simon, and then, his time with the Boomtown Rats after they reformed in 2013. He also speaks about his own musical career and plans for 2022.

He has so many stories and anecdotes, and with the restrictions we have on uploading files (max 50MB), I tried to break it down into sections that would upload. But I have had split the final section into 2 because we spoke for too long, hence there are four clips!

It was a pleasure to do this with Darren and I hope you enjoy it too. His son Roscoe makes a couple of guest appearances, so we have included evidence of his cooking ability at the bottom of this post.
