For me, that photo says it all. Bob Geldof is having a conversation with you. He's having a conversation with you because he feels it each time. And because of this, a hush always comes over the audience. They LISTEN. Really listen. Bob Geldof is capable of genuinely feeling the pain of others and helping you feel and understand that pain when you listen. Every time that happens, it's possible for a change to happen in the world.
