I just wanted to share with everyone the incredibly pretty pictures I took of the menorah on the lawn of Sherith Israel here in Nashville tonight. I'm not Jewish, but every year I go and take pictures on the eighth night of Hanukkah because it's so incredibly pretty. I literally stand in awe of this vision each and every year. In 2020, I took my Chihuahuas Elfie and Beakey to see the menorah on the first night of Hanukkah. It was one of only two holiday seasons I got to have with Beakey because I lost him on September 5th, 2021, to pulmonary hypertension, just one year and eleven months after I adopted him. Beakey loved it (even if he doesn't look like it in this picture ~ ha, ha, ha!) because it's really magical, you can hear the flames crackling, there were a million stars in the sky and it always smells really good on the lawn.
For any Citizen of Boomtown celebrating Hanukkah, I hope you're having a very happy celebration tonight!
Love,
Jennifer 💜

Those photos are beautiful, Dear Sister! I think Beakey actually looks very content! ❤️
